The U.S. Probation Office, District of New Jersey, is requesting competitive quotations for lodging (not to exceed the GSA Per Diem lodging rate), event space, A/V needs, parking, and meals (not to exceed the GSA Per Diem Meal & Incidental Rates, per person/per day) for a possible upcoming stay in September of 2026. All details which the government believes are required to provide pricing have been included via the Request for Quotation (RFQ) found here. It includes a quote sheet which must be filled out and returned, via e-mail, no later than 5pm on Friday March 27 5PM EST. Please note that a hotel contract or other attachments are permitted. We ask that you devote attention to the special requirements/information section regarding Judiciary Policies, shown in section 2.2 of the attached RFQ. The U.S. Probation Office, District of New Jersey, a fully tax-exempt federal entity, intends to make an award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quotation submitted. All items must be quoted as a firm fixed price. Payment terms will be considered Net 30 unless more favorable terms are offered. Any questions must be submitted, in writing, to  James_Puskuldjian@nysd.uscourts.gov  as soon as feasible.
